Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, Seal should me intact and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please specify exact reason of Return. We will evaluate the same. It will be our sole decision to go further if the reason we find appropriate.
If there is problem in product delivery from our end, ie. If you have received other product than ordered, we will replace the same with our cost.
If you want to replace the product ordered with any other product of ours, before using it or opening the seal. We may think to replace it provided you have to bare the courier charges of both sides ie To and Fro. Also you will have to bare difference cost if any.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.
